I decided to write this while listening to we are the champions from my new crazy frog CD xD

It was a dark and stormy day. The rain came down in torrents. Thunder rumbled and lighting shot across the sky. Blowhole and his minions challenged the penguins to a game of soccer. Things only took a largely devastating turn for the worst. The occasional dry spell that went to the Midlands, which usually lasted for no more than a month, had begun to last much longer than it usually did. After a second month, the heat became intense.  Julien had been acting weird lately. Being secretive, jumpy, nervous. Lexii didn't know what was wrong with him. They had been dating for almost four months and she had never seen him act like this.

Private startled awake on the train. He must have fallen asleep. He couldn't see Julian anywhere, so he jumped off his seat to look around. He crouched down, and looked under the seats.
"What are you doing?" he gasped, pulling Julian out from under the seats, by the tail.
"Eh, the bubbl-y gum under here is already soggy!" he said, chewing giants waps of pink and green gums.
"That's disgusting," Private muttered to himself, but no use arguing. He sat buck on the seat, and stared out the window, his head resting on his flippers.

CC and Private slowly waddled side by side on their way to the park.
CC frowned. "I can't believe the rest of the team left without us!" She said as she kicked at a pebble.
"Yeah. Just because we're the youngest doesn't mean we aren't ready.... Maybe if we train hard enough we can prove to Skippa that we can stand our own on missions!" Private said, trying to lighten up the mood at the end. CC nodded in agreement and took Private's flipper in her own.

  Lexiii stood infront of the mirror in the Otter habitat, swiping away at her bangs with a brush. Every time she got them into an acceptable position, they would just fall back into her eyes. She shook her head in defeat and went on to brushing her tail as Marlene walked in. 
  "Hey Marlene." Lexiii said as she looked herself over in the mirror. 
   "Hey Lexii!" Marlene chirped. "Where are you going all dressed up?" 
    Lexii blushed. "Oh, just going to the park with Julien.." she said.
