I agree with Flickerflame, it can be abused way too easily. Plus I have a thing for answering every poll in certain spots and it would drive me absolutely insane if I couldn't vote on a poll. I think that people on your blocklist should be barred from commenting on your polls/their comments shouldn't be displayed to you. But I don't think that there should be certain member only polls. The whole point of fanpop's polls is to get a variety of votes.

I mean... this site's almost dead as it is. If you would suddenly also get some weird voting restrictions, I'm pretty sure like 80% people would leave the site.

Seems a bit elitist. I agree with the above comment in that we need to generate more interest here rather than deter it.

The one way I think this suggestion could work/be a positive idea is if only club members could vote on polls within a club. That could possibly prevent troll voting. But I guess a troll could join the club easily enough if they wanted to troll that badly.
