I have recommended it to a few friends in the past, but I don't think any of them did join.

I have successfully recruited a few people before, to specific clubs, but they didn't hang around very long. And as far as I know they only ever took notice of one or two clubs. I think it's a great site though for people who have a really wide (and obscure) range of interests, and want somewhere on the internet where they can post and chat about all of their interests at once.

Plus I want this community to be more active again so that's another reason to recommend it. >:D
