My First Day On Fanpop: Aug 16, 2006

Hey, everyone. I'm sure most of you have heard of or are familar with role playing, right? I'm not talking about RPG games, but the actual act of role playing. Where you get into a character from a series, game, movie, etc, or create your own character and post with one person or a group with your own storyline and setting. The genres are vast, everything from anime to wolves. It's a popular activity that many (as far as I can tell) enjoy, and it's found on many sites. A lot have forums dedicated to it as well. Fanpop is becoming increasingly popular, so I wonder why role playing hasn't been...

Yes, people of fanpop, today (April 4th, 2008) is the 1 year anniversary of me joining fanpop. To celebrate this I have made a timeline about my first year on fanpop, which will show how it changed my life.

(Some of these are dated, some are not, and this is because some of the dates I don't remember.)

January 26th 2007: While looking for great Office stuff on Google, I discover a little site called fanpop.

April 3rd, 2007: I wanted to sign up for fanpop, but my parents wouldn't allow me to because they didn't like me giving out my e-mail address, so I decided that I was going to use a hotmail...

Okay, so I am sitting here with my broken toe, trying to finish off a book, and I think, "God. Fanpop is just insanely awesome." I mean, big surprise, why would I be a part of something I don't like? But I am honestly so bored that I am going to make a list of ten reasons why I love this place (in no order of importance).

1. The picks. The picks, the picks, the picks! As some people may know, I am an avid pick maker/answerer, and I just love them! Whoever thought up that gem of an idea, nice. Just awesome....

the other day I made a pick (I think it was a repeat) about how you find out about fanpop so I decided to answer that question right here... because Im bored.

Well anyways, one day I was searching for some episodes of smallville because I was downloading them from limewire and it took way to many space in my computer (stupid me). So I found out about this webpage, I thought it was just a webpage that posted videos but than I looked to the mid-left of the page and I saw something that said featured pick and than in a box it said

what is your future justice league member? and it annoyed me because...
