What happens when there's a tie in a spot look poll? Does the look stay the same? Or how is it decided who wins?

If it's a tie between the current icon and a new one, I've noticed that the new one automatically wins. I'm not sure what happens if it'd tied between 2 new options. Maybe it's just randomly decided.
