I just added you to my fan list so if you want you canbsend me a note, or not. I like adding random friends that i see posting in clubs. You meet so many cool people. Just go to their profile page and click 'add to friends list.'

If you're looking for a specific person and you know his or her username here, I think you can just search that name in the search bar (top right of the screen).

If you're just asking how to fan people in general, you go to their profile by clicking on their username, then select "Add to Friend List".
