Is Asking Questions Unrelated To What A Fan Club Is About "Spam?"

I wouldn't call it spam, just the wrong spot to put unrelatible stuff.

I think it depends on what sort of question it is. If it's something which should be asked in a different club, it's just miscategorised. But if it doesn't belong in Fanpop at all, it's spam.

Spam no. Miscatagorized and annoying yes. I guess it's kind of spam if its done over and over again to the same spot.
