How can you comment on a photo?

This might sound weird but try turning your ipad sideways. Sometimes it gives me more options like that.

Another way is that at a corner there will be three bars/lines.
Click them, a list will pop open and then search for "request desktop site" in it. Click it.

Then it may work.
