Emergency!!: Can't put an Icon in My Club!!!

I can't put an Icon on My club... i was create a new club and try to edit it.. But maybe there're some problem why The Icon won't changed anymore... Just Show Ordinary Icon with "F". Anybody Know to fixed this Problem???
