Fanpop Question

Has anyone else been having trouble uploading pictures for pick questions?

I keep trying to make new pick questions, but my images won't upload, no matter how long I wait. It's been like this for a week. I'm beginning to think Fanpop had enough with me and my pics xD *I'm jk*

Is this a Fanpop related problem or is it just me, or rather my computer, or my internet possibly? :(

What kind of image are you trying to add (ie jpeg, gif)?

the plast picture I tried uploading was a jpeg image, usually I have no problem with this file type, but lately no image loads for me. Even after changing the file type.

It looks like it was a problem with Internet Explorer (for Windows) version 8 and earlier. The problem should be resolved now.

I was using Google Chrome. It started working again after I cleaned out my browsing data (browsing and download history, cookies, cache, and all that). I'm not sure what exactly it was that fixed the problem, but I assume it had something to do with my browsing data.

If that doesn't work for you, what I did was wait about 5 minutes, then click "preview", then "edit" instead of submit.
Then I would try again. most of the time it would work the second time.

Of course it never hurts to contact Fanpop.
