Anybody else having trouble uploading images to fan picks?

I've been trying to upload pics to a fan pick to each pick but ot just keep saying "uploadong..." and I'll wait for ever and the image still wont show up. I click preview and the images still aren't on my picks.

Didn't used to have trouble like this, you think it's fanpop glitching again? Because my pics are the right size and format, I've tried resizing them many times and they still wont upload. You think it's a problem with ISP? Or my computer?? Lol
