The best thing you can do is post a question asking this on the spot in question, and if you're lucky, the creator will answer.

And yes, I know you said NOT to respond like this, but I honestly don't think there's any other way.

Why would you need to know though? If the fans want to change the banner, icon, or motto, all they need to do is message the F4 about the changes.
