well first on your profile you should have clubs and at the top corner you should have sort by and you click on it and find clubs and when that is done it should say what clubs you have and if you want to un subscibe and you click yes and yea that is how you do it

but you never really delete them you just dont have it as a club on your profile
If you realise it's a duplicate or it's something offensive, you can report it to the F4. Just click on Report Club on the top right, fill in the notes section and select the appropriate reason. It ought to get the club deleted it eventually but it's slow.
If you've just stopped being a fan of whatever the club is for, though, you can't delete it. Just because you don't like it any more doesn't mean no one else here will.
