Hello, I'm an Italian girl (i'm 24 yo) and I really love reading fanfcitions, I wanted to ask all of you if you hate when the author in a Naruto fanfiction (or any from japanese manga) starts to write in romaji without a reason?

It isn't something I've seen myself (maybe it would be if I was more into manga/anime and their fanfiction) but I can see how irritating it could be. The whole purpose of writing is for readers to understand it. Do they at least put the translation somewhere, even in an author's note?

In some browsers you can click ‘Translate Page’

That doesn't always work perfectly though. It can mis-translate, particularly in cases where a word can have multiple meanings or in cases where a saying only exists in one of the languages. over a year ago

Also, would that function work if there were a few words/phrases in a different language, but the majority of the story was in English? over a year ago
