The doctor came outside and Stefan and Bonnie got up. “How is she?” Stefan asked afraid. The doctor bowed his head. “I’m truly sorry” he said. “We did everything we could, but we couldn’t save her”
Stefan lost his balance and Bonnie helped him sit down.
“Can we see her?” Bonnie asked. The doctor nodded. “Do you think you’re able to see her right now?” she asked Stefan. Stefan nodded. “Yeah, I have to” he said and he got up. They walked into the room and shut the door. The nurse was still in there, cleaning up. Stefan walked to the bed and held Katherine’s hand. He cried.
“That’s not Elena” Bonnie said anxious.
“What are you talking about? Of course it’s Elena!” Stefan said angry, without looking up.
“No, this is Katherine!” Bonnie said pissed. “First of all,” she walked to the bed and grabbed Katherine’s arm. “she’s cold”
“Well, yeah, she, Elena, just died. You’re supposed to be cold when you’re dead” Stefan snapped.
The nurse turned around, annoyed. “Can you please keep it down? This is a hospital”
“Sorry” Stefan said. Bonnie leaned towards him. “You’re not supposed to be cold right after you die. When you died in 1864 did your brain die with you?” she hissed. She stopped to catch a breath. “Second of all,” she stuck her hand in Katherine’s décolleté and conjured the necklace. “This is not Elena’s necklace. This is the necklace I put an anti-sun incantation on, because Elena asked me to”
“And third of all…”
Stefan and Bonnie looked up and saw Katherine sitting up.
“…I’m hungry” she said and she grabbed the nurse, biting her neck.

Heather’s upper body was covered with needles and each time Meg thought they’d reached the bottom the needles miraculously piled up.
Heather turned her head carefully to her ex-colleague. “Please, make him stop. I’ve done nothing wrong” she cried quietly.
“You made me a drugs addict” Cas reminded her. “I bashed my own head against a toilet and I almost got Meg killed, because of your needles”
“I’m sorry” Heather said weak. “I just wanted to help you, I swear”
Cas grabbed another needle and drove it in her thy, making Heather moan, which made Meg shiver.
“Don’t you think that’s enough?” she said careful.
“No” Cas snapped back. “It’ll be enough when there are no more needles left”
“But they keep piling up!” Meg exclaimed.
“They’ll stop piling up when the whore’s death” Cas clarified.
Meg shook her head in horror. “What has gotten into you?”

Katherine ran to Fell’s church and climbed down. Rebekah had grabbed the phone out her hands and told her how stupid she was.
“They’re using you to find that witch, you idiot!” she had snapped.
Katherine hurried to the tomb and opened it. “Get out” she said to the weak Bonnie, who was lying close to the door. Katherine grabbed her hand and Bonnie shrieked. It was the hand with the hurt finger. “Come on, get out. I need to move you” Katherine said agitated. She dragged her out of the tomb, ignoring her cries.
But as soon as Bonnie was out of the tomb Katherine felt two hands on her shoulders that pushed her forward. She fell and turned around to see Caroline helping Bonnie stand up. “What the hell are you doing?” she asked. Caroline looked up. “I can ask you the same question” she fired back. She bit her wrist and forced Bonnie to drink, so her wounds would heal. “Come on, I’ll bring you home”
“Where is that?” Bonnie asked depressed.

Meg sat on her knees, outside the police station. With her right hand she held her stomach and with her left she tried to pull herself up on the wall. She closed her eyes and focused.
“Meg!”
Meg opened her eyes and saw Sam walking in her direction. He helped her up, while Dean frowned.
“How did you get out?” he wanted to know.
Sam helped Meg to the couch, but she refused to lie down. She groaned from the pain.
“What is wrong with you?” Dean asked.
“Daphne attacked me” Meg said difficult. “My stomach hurts, my hands hurt”
“Cas’ ex attacked you, why?” Sam asked surprised.
“It’s not her fault” Meg said. “Zoey manipulated her. Where’s Cas?”
Sam looked at Dean, who scratched his head.
“Please, tell me you know where he is” Meg said weak.
