Ryan and Lauren were driving back from a party. They stopped when the traffic light was red. Ryan tapped the wheel while he looked at his wife every now and then. The light jumped on green, but the car in front of them wouldn’t move. “Come on, dude, move” Ryan mumbled irritated. But the car just stood still. Ryan decided to just drive passed it, but as soon as he performed his manoeuvre the car in front of them moved in such way Ryan couldn’t overhaul it. “Okay, fine, drive right in my way, whatever” Ryan said. “Well, at least they’re moving again” Lauren said shrugging. “Yeah, but look at how they’re driving. They’re either drunk or stoned. We should call the police before they cause an accident” Ryan said when the car crashed into a wall. Lauren screamed. Ryan braked. “Oh no, oh no, oh no” Lauren moaned. “Ssh” Ryan hissed. “I’m going to see if they’re okay. You stay here, call an ambulance” Lauren shook her head in panic. “No, Ryan, stay here with me. I’ve seen this so many times. A couple or a group of friends cause or witness a car accident. They go check the bodies and then get slaughtered or they notice no one’s in the car and then a few days later they get creepy messages and they get killed” Ryan raised his eyebrows. “Lauren, honey? You’ve seen ‘I know what you did last summer’ one too many times” “It’s not funny” Lauren said angry, defending herself. “I know it isn’t” Ryan said stroking her cheek. He opened the door and got out of the car. He walked towards the wrecked car. “Hey, are you okay in there? Are you hurt?” Someone groaned. “Hold on, my wife is calling an ambulance” He reached the car and looked inside. It was dark, but he could see a face in the shadows. “Hi, can you move?” The man inside shook his head. Ryan pulled the door of, so he could see the full body of the man. “Can you try to loosen your seatbelt?” The man clicked the button, but it didn’t open. He pulled, but it was stuck. “I can’t. I’m stuck” “Okay, don’t worry. I’ll try” Ryan said and he leaned forward to the man, his cervix towards him. As Ryan tried to loosen the seatbelt he felt a terrible pain in his neck. He felt how two hands grabbed his head and blood streamed over his neck.
Lauren gazed through the windshield. “Come on, Ryan, get back here” she mumbled panicking when Ryan was thrown out of the car and lay still on the ground. Right after someone jumped out of the car, too alive for someone who just had an accident. The man ducked and lifted up Ryan but then dropped him again. There Lauren concluded her husband was dead. The man averted his head in her direction. Laurens eyes bulged and she wanted to start the car, but someone grabbed her from behind. She could see his reflection in the mirror and shrieked when she saw the maiming on his face. He opened his mouth and wanted to bite her with what looked like fangs, and Lauren closed her eyes awaiting the pain. But it didn’t come. She opened her eyes again and looked at the backseat. The… thing that had tried to attack was unconscious… or hopefully dead.
“He’s not dead” a male voice said. Lauren screamed and looked aside. A man was sitting at the steering wheel. “Don’t be afraid. My name is Stefan” he introduced himself and he offered a hand which Lauren refused to shake. “Let’s get you somewhere safe” “What are you going to do with him?” Lauren asked with a nod at the backseat. “Leave that to me” Stefan said. He started the car and drove away. “Exactly where are you taking me?” Lauren asked scared. Stefan didn’t answer, but kept driving. Ten minutes or what later he stopped at a parking lot. He got out and opened Lauren’s door. “Come on, you can’t stay in there” he said when Lauren hesitated. “It’s not safe” Lauren loosened her seatbelt and grabbed Stefan’s hand. As soon as her feet came in contact with the street Stefan whistled. Lauren frowned. “What did you do that for?” she carefully asked. “I want you to meet my friends” Stefan answered. Lauren looked around. They seem to come from every direction and they headed their way. “You set me up” Lauren said with a weak voice. “Ah, well, vampire” Stefan shrugged. Lauren gasped and panted and tried to escape, but Stefan tightened his grip. “No, don’t run away, you don’t want to miss the show. You know, they can run faster than light, but they like to keep the tense in it”
Lauren struggled to get away as the other vampires came closer to them.
Sam opened the door to their motel room and then hurried back to Dean. They carried Cas inside and laid him on the bed.
“I’ll get something cold” Sam said and he ran into the kitchen. Dean opened the upper buttons of Cas’ shirt as Sam came back with a cold and wet washcloth. He laid it on Cas’ forehead and Cas shivered.
“Cas?” Dean frowned scared, but Cas’ eyes remained shut. Dean looked helplessly at Sam.
“Maybe it’s the organs” Sam suggested. “You know, his kidneys or his liver. Maybe his body can’t adjust to them very well”
“Then why didn’t he get sick before?...

“What do you mean, he left?” Sam asked, looking at Meg, requesting a reasonable explanation. Meg turned to Dean, whose expression told her he already understood what was going on. He read the note and said. “So he told you to start at a café?” Meg nodded. “Unfinished business. Cas, you idiot” Dean said in himself.
“Is someone going to explain me what’s going on?” Sam exclaimed. “What unfinished business? What is Cas up to?”
Dean and Meg glared at each other.
“Have a seat” Dean decided. Sam sat down on a chair, looking expectedly at his older brother. “You remember...

Zoey opened her front door. She had to pick up some stuff she had left behind. Now that the divorce was completed she didn’t have to come here anymore. Except this one time.
“Gerard? Are you home?” she called.
Gerard didn’t answer. Maybe he was sleeping. Zoey walked upstairs when she heard a crack. Apparently Gerard wasn’t sleeping.
“I’ll be as quick as possible. I’m out before you know it” Zoey promised, even though Gerard didn’t come out. She walked into the spare room, where Gerard had stored her stuff in one box. She picked up the box and walked out of the room. She walked...

Meg was sleeping on the couch. She was so bored she had fallen asleep. She abruptly woke up when someone was banging the door and she had to get up.
“What?” she asked grumpy when she saw Anna standing in the doorway.
“Can I come in?” she asked as she entered the motel room. Meg raised her eyebrows as she closed the door. “We need to talk” Anna said casual. “You probably wonder why I didn’t fly into your motel room”
“Not really, no” Meg commented slowly. “What do we have to talk about?” she asked slightly nervous. Now that she was a human, angels really scared the crap...

Elena walked in in the kitchen and gasped. “Oh, Stefan, you shouldn’t have done that” she said, looking at the table. There were two plates, one specific for Elena, hence the rose leaves surrounding it, and a basket with pastries, strawberries and small pieces of chocolate. “Wait” Elena said hesitating. “Why are there only two seats? Who’s not eating along?” Stefan consciously avoided to look at Damon. “Damon already had breakfast. He thinks it’s time you and I get back on track with each other”
Elena averted to Damon. “Is that true?”
Damon looked at Stefan, before...

Daphne parked her car on the drive and stepped out, with a bag in her hand. She walked to the house, inserted the key in the lock and pushed the door open. She walked inside and closed the door.
“Emmanuel, I’m home!” she shouted. She took her jacket off and hung it on the coat rack. Then she walked further to the kitchen and let the bag slip out of her hands.
Someone had been in their house and rearranged it with new furniture and someone had cleaned up the mess.
Daphne was furious. She had given Cas the straight order of fixing everything. This would cost a fortune and they did not have...

Elena opened the door and entered the Boarding House. It was dark inside and suspiciously quiet. Suddenly the light in the hallway went on and an unfamiliar face appeared. “Surprise” the girl said. She walked fast to Elena who wanted to leave again, but she shut the door. “I guess you’re Elena?”
Elena nodded and swallowed. “Where is Stefan? He taxed me to come earlier”
“No, sweetie, that was me” Amber said waving Stefan’s cell phone. “Don’t be afraid, we’re friends. I’m sure he wouldn’t mind if I got the first taste” She leaned forward and opened her mouth. Elena...

"Well that seems to be everything. I hope I helped enough." Victoria said after we unloaded the last of the boxes.
"Oh, you were very much of help." My mom replied.
"Well it was nice meeting both of you...but I should be getting home-"
"Would you like to stay for dinner?" She interupted her in mid-sentence.
"I would love too, but unforinutly i cant. You see my brother has a Baseball game tonight and I already told him and my parents that I would be their."
"Well, dont be too shy and stop by again." My mom was either desperate for attention or hoping, for some odd reason, that me and Victoria...

Heather was pacing up and down the kitchen, nervously waiting for Isabel to call her back. She couldn’t imagine what kept her so long. She didn’t have a job, she didn’t have a boyfriend anymore. She was probably wallowing in self-pity, while Heather was about to be ripped to pieces, according to the newspaper.
She dialed Isabel’s phone again and growled when it was her voicemail again. “Seriously? Where the hell are you? Cas is here. What part of get here ASAP did you not get? Don’t you read the newspaper? He’s a lunatic. He’s killed four people already in less than 48 hours...

The next morning.
Cas woke up on the couch of Meg’s motel. He slowly sat up and rubbed his eyes. Light shone through the curtains and Cas stood up and walked to them to open them. Dean’s Impala was parked across the street.
Meg ticked on the side windows of Dean’s car and Dean jumped up. He frowned and blinked to remember where he was. When he did, he turned the window down.
“What are you doing here so early?” Meg asked.
“What’s in the bag?” Dean nodded at the small paper bag Meg was holding in her right hand.
“Breakfast” Meg replied short.
“Thanks, you shouldn’t have”...

Cas carried Meg to the bed and lay her down. He removed her sweater and held his breath. On the place Kevin had hit there was a big gap and Meg was losing blood on a rapid pace. Cas turned to Dean, begging for help.
Dean looked down at the badly injured ex-demon. Meg had done countless of evil things. She deserved to die like this. The wound would get infected, she’d get a fever, and then she would die.
“Dean, do something!” Cas yelled desperate.
Dean rotated his head to his best friend, who leaned forward.
“She’s not breathing” Cas panicked.
Another few crucial seconds passed by...

Zoey was driving on Front Street. They were almost home. Daphne hadn’t said a word during the entire ride. Not because she was still angry, but her migraine had gotten worse.
“Can you give me one of those muffins? I’m hungry” Zoey said.
“How, for the love of God, can you be thinking of food right now?” Daphne mumbled and with her eyes closed she searched for the box.
“You’re going to have to take a peek, I put it on the backseat” Zoey said.
Daphne groaned and opened her eyes. She turned around on her seat and lifted the box from the backseat. She opened it and lay it on Zoey’s...

Heather supported Meg as they walked to the ICU. As soon as they headed for the door, the guard stepped closer to them.
“I cannot let you pass” he said strict. “Not unless you’re close family”
Meg looked desperate at Heather who pulled her shoulders. Meg looked back at the guard. She couldn’t believe what she was going to say, but she did anyway.
“I’m his girlfriend”
“Five minutes” the guard said and he opened the door. Heather let go of Meg; she knew she had to stay outside. The guard closed the door behind Meg and Heather walked to wall and leaned against it.
Meg shuffled...
