Elizabeth Bathory bathed in virgin girls blood, she also drank it, vampire or not?

I don't think she was a vampire, I think she was just a creeper that liked blood.

From all i've read, she never drank but only bathed in it. This she believed perserved her youthful appearance.

I never read she drank it, only bathed. The dracula legend was supposively based on her, but i've actually heard her compared to a lycan.
