In story, yes. Nessie is better for Jacob, as shown by the fact that he imprinted on her not Bella, even after trying to force himself to imprint on Bella. And Edward and Bella are happy together, so I'd say they're both better off too.
However, if the scenario could somehow happen in real life, still with the vampires and werewolves, it'd be better for Bella to choose Jacob.
