Education Question

IB students here?

I just want to know if you like it. I started IB this year, and I like it but there is so many things to do, so much pressure and they say that second year is waaay harder then first one. Do you regret going to IB? Favorite or worst subjects? Any tips from guys who finished IB?

wow. i wish i got a chance to answer this qn earlier. but well, i guess to would be good reference for others.
well, IB may seem very stressful but compared to GCSE it not that bad. GCSE out of the 3 main education system (GCSE, IB, AP) is probably the most stressful. your entire future for GCSE is based on one exam. whereas IB is spaced out, i mean yeah, the finals are like 80% of your grade but still its not as bad as GCSE. in AP, you take the SAT, and though its only based on one exam you can retake it as many time as you would like, you are not allowed to do that for GCSE. so i would consider AP to be the most relaxed out of all the systems.
i have not gone through the IB system yet but i will be in sept. i am abt to finished my IB MYP and will be doing my IB diploma next semster. but from all my friends who are older than me who have gonna through it, say, it is very stressful but if you do well, it can be very rewarding. as IB is recognized at this most moment almost everywhere whereas GCSE is only in Australia and AP mostly only in america and canada.
from what i hear, the hardest subject is EnglishA at HL and psych is hard but can be very fun. and of course TOK can be a drag. but overall, from what i see IB is a really good program but it you can take the pressure all yr round only for like a few months, IB is not the program for you.
