In case you don\'t live down under and were fast asleep while the ARIAs were going on, you missed a whole lot of action. Aside from 5SOS being beamed in live from the USA in their pyjamas, one of the very best things that happens involves Ed Sheeran and James Blunt making their red carpet debut together.

They didn\'t go it solo, however, and hit the carpet holding hands.

What with both of these two being pretty legendary figures in the music biz, they were both in town for the show and turned up to the sunny red carpet looking dapper af. 

Ed\'s life might already have been brilliants and his love pure, but as he bumped into James on the carpet, let\'s just say that he saw an angel, of that he was sure. 

But while it might have been deemed inappropriate for him to break into a round of \'Beautiful\' right there after beholding the glory that is James\'s face, he did settle for a nice bit of hand holding instead.

And yes, James does look a bit like the dad taking his son who\'s about to wee himself to the loo, but that\'s besides the point. 

Aside from all that, Ed also took a moment to teach Kylie Minogue a few moves from the \'Thinking Out Loud\' video and they had a slow dance right there and then on the red carpet. 

She is literally living our every dream and she is still managing not to collapse into a puddle of melted jelly, which is quite impressive.

Also Conrad Sewell was there and we really fancy him, so here\'s a nice pic of him for us and you but mainly us.
