If Courtney was voted out in one episode, what makes you think she wouldn't get voted off again, if she came back? If the cast voted her off, they must have had a reason for it.
And she wouldn't win if she came back because she would be voted off quickly. If she punched Chris, she would thus be eliminated for unsportsmanship of the game. And she wouldn't share anything with Duncan because she is only out for herself. She had the chance with the money in the TDI special and she left Duncan with his sprained ankle.
