Hello there! Your dragoness already sounds lovely with her light-based theme. I've done some research for names and these are the ones which caught my eye...

Celestia = Heavenly (Latin)

Leilani = Royal Child of Heaven/Heavenly Flowers (Hawaiian)

Phoebe = radiant/brilliant (Greek)

Ner = candle/light (Hebrew)

Leora = compassion/light (Greek)

Meira = light (Hebrew)

Kiran = beam of light (Hindi)

Zia = light/splendour (Arabic)

Lumina = light (Latin)

Amaryllis = fresh/sparkling (Greek)

Roxanne = dawn (Persian)

Usha = dawn (Sanskrit)

Sunniva = sun gift (Anglo-Saxon and Scandinavian)

Celandine = yellow wildflower (Greek)

Chloris = green/greenish-yellow (Greek, like Chlorine)

Aurelia = golden (Latin)

Chrysantha = golden flower (Greek)

Cressida = gold (Greek)

Luna = moon (Latin)

Ciana = light (Italian)

Leocadia = bright/clear/light (Greek)

Luciana = light (Italian)

Svetlana = light (Russian)

Sana = radiance (Arabic)

Akemi = beautifully bright/beautiful dawn (Japanese)

Hikari = light/shining (Japanese)

Akari = light/brightness/cinnabar (Japanese)

These are the ones so far! You can also consider using the names of certain gemstones, like Topaz and Citrine (for golden themes), or Sapphire and Paraiba (for blue), or any other.

Hope this helps...~ <3
