i need a dragon's name. It should match the following:
1. It is a male dragon.
2. It has bright blue scales of all shade in blue.
3. It is very sweet and cute but has the power to destroy the world.
4. It is a positive dragon. With a good nature.
5. It is the most powerful dragon in the world.
