Goten’s eyes began to water. At first, Gohan thought that Goten’s tears were cheer of joy. But, Goten was hurt. Chcihi slowly sat the cake down on the table, in front of Goten. She tapped sweetly on the back of Goten.
“Make a wish miny me…” that is his nickname they decided to call Goten, because he looks a lot like dad. Goten stared at his lovely cake. Goten consentrated his feelings. Ghe cleared everything from his mind.
“I know…I could only get one wish…but I begge… please…help us. Help us to save my father. Please help me. I never knew how my father really was. Help me save his good spirit. Please, give the strength. Give me…the love. Give me the power.” Goten blowed ot the candels. Smoke slowly emerged from the candels.

“Oh will I!” yelled Goten. He placed his hands all over the wrapped present. Then Goten teared the wrappinng like a dog making a big mess. The wrapping came off, and he opened the box with his fingers. Everyone gathered close to Goten. Goten let out a really big gasp. “Oh my!” Goten held the gift tightly with his fingers. It was a bright, long sleved purple practice fighting outfit. A martial arts outfit. “Oh wow!”“Okay Chichi…Now he will look like your husband!” teased Krillin. Chichi grinned at Goten. Goten began to jump up and down.
“Oh thank you, thank you, thank you!”
“Still not over son” chichi interrupted.
“Huh?” asked Goten happy. Chichi slowly walked up to him.
“This is to practice…but this…” Chichi had another box hidden behind her hands. Goten let out a bigger grin.
Chichi showed the box, and handed it to Gote. “Here…this is the outfit you will wear for the real deal.” Goten looked at his mother, then looked down at the box. Everyone was curious to know what is in that box. “Go ahead.” Goten sat the box down on the table. He sat his fingers on the wrapper of the top of the box. Then, he pulled the wrapper off. His eyes turned so big, he started sweatting and shivering with joy. Chichi sat her hand on his sholder. In Goten’s hands, was a bright, beautiful, orange martial arts outfit. It had short sleves, and it came with orange pants with a blue belt. it also came with a blue shirt to wear under neath. And finally a pare of boots. Blue boots, just like his father’s boots.
“You will wear this…wenever you save your dad.” Chichi said with deep confidence. Goten looked up at her, then back to the outfit. He turned the orange shirt back. There he saw the big turtle mark.
“ Yes! I will! I will save my dad and everyone!”
“Oh don’t talk stupid. A kid could not be the one to save Kakarrot. If you can then…that would be stupid to me.” Intorupted vegeta.
“I will prove you so wrong, you will see. I can save my dad I will save his spirit!”
“That’s right Goten, You will. I know you will” Chichi said. Gohan looked at his mother and asked how could mom have so much faith in Goten? Goten’s eyes shaked with love.

“Well, the party is over, time to go” interrupted Vegeta headin out the front door.

“Oh, I did not mean for Vegeta to be such a jerk…” Bulma said, placing her hand on her nice, warm cheek.
“Thanks, but… I don’t think vegeta was the one who got him upset.

“Ill be right back” Chichi said running up the stairs. Krillin stared. Gohan did the same.
“What happened?” asked the Ox King.
“I don’t know….I am so confussed” answered Master Roshi.

“Goten? Are you okay? What’s wrong?” asked Chichi. Goten’s adorable face was planted deep in his pillow.

“Y-yes Goten” Chichi said, slowly sitting next to her baby boy. Goten now began to get excited. He sat even closer to his mother.
“Yor father, was an amazing fighter. That is why he is the leader of the Z Warriors. He was really talented at battle. He even brought out the kindness onto his enemies.”
“What do you mean by that?”
“Every battle they had, he always made them turn from evil to good.
“Really? So, why does Trunks say that he will…kill us? I mean, im actually afraid of meeting my dad now.”
“Don’t say that gotten. Your father was the best thing that had ever happened to us.”
“Then why does Trunks say that he will turn out to be so evil?”
“He might be different Goten, but its still him inside. Its still your father in there. Remember that Goten, he will always love you.” Goten stared in a thought. “He will always be with you, deep in your heart.” Goten sweetly smiled.

“Remember son, your father can be saved.”

“Hahahahahahahahaha!” Chichi and Goten hugged like penguins. “Do you believe?…”
“I believe…” they both slowly separated themselves.

“Hmmm….I don’t know?” teased chichi.
“How about now?” screamed Goten getting on his feet, and making his soft hands into small fists.
Chichi’s eyes let out a frown, then a side smile.
“Okay. Its your birthday. Wear ONLY your trainning gear.”
“Yes ma’am!” cried Goten outloud. Chichi grined, and headed down stairs. Gohan had picked up the dishes, and cleaned the kitchen.
“Wow Gohan! Thankyou!” Chichi happily said. Gohan setted the dishes on the warm water.
