Why are we unsure about Kutner's age?

On the House M.D. Wiki, it says Kutner is 28 or 33. I don't remember when this was mentioned in the series; what episode(s) did we get this information from? The two numbers seem very specific, so it's pretty weird we don't know which one is correct.
