no, i don't think so.
even house checked it and he found out she was never pregnant [Fidelity episode, season 1]

and i think you talk about the maternity episode, there wasn't any episode with the name babies in season 1 except for babies and bathwater...

anyways, in maternity, cameron was related to the parents in this episode because she knows how is to lose someone you love and care and not be able to do anything about that.

Aivi is right. Cameron never confessed ot having lost a child. She lost her husband but thats it. (of what we know for sure anyway)

I really don´t think so.She was never pregant (as long as I know),but like someone said here before me,some things that Cameron said are "open to prsonal interpretations"
