It took someof the excitement out of the reveal. I was a bit annoyed with myself

It made it more exciting. As soon as I saw Alan I knew he'd eventually go bad

No difference. It didn't harm the drama, but I wasn't more excited either

I only knew the name, not who Alan was/what he looked like so was still surprised
|
