Don't go vet. You'll have to finish with the suffer from pets and it's not something everybody is ready for.

If I were you, I'd go to Biology.

University of Florida....Gainesville.....Great place.
I wish I had been able to be a vet and help the
animals. You would get a lot of pride in doing it.

I too am so in love with dogs and could spend all day with them, but I decided to not get into vet medicine for the same reasons as you. i have started a blog/company about dogs and so I'm now thinking about them and seeing them all day! I really really love what I do. It is also a good reason to go out to events that have dogs, such as meetups or sometimes pet stores have parties. you are young and it takes time for this type of thing to get going, but start now, get another job to get you by (like dog walker) but be persistent with your website and eventually you'll get a following. You could also try to get a job at one of the startups dealing with dogs.
