If you were to get the chance to make a Missy spin off, how would you make it?

What types of episodes would you write? How would you develop Missy (i.e. anti-hero, villain protagonist)? Would you have her win a lot, lose a lot or in between? Would you have original characters or canon characters? Would you give Missy a "companion" of sorts?
