They do age saying the first Doctor. But from what we have seen. They age really slowly and have a really long life span as well.

adding regeneration will put the Time Lords being like they immortal. In other words they live a really long time.

Oh yeah Time Lords can not regenerate past the 12th time but they have ways to add more or steal others.

I think it depends, it depends on how quickly you go through bodies.

I think they said once about a thousand years...
