Yes, David Tennant's name is scribed on the poster, signifying he is making a re-emergence. He and Billie's return was revealed in March of this year.

It clearly states David Tennant's name at the top right of that poster and you can see that his eyes and a bit below cover the middle section of it... ¬¬
