Quite a few do! But the ones that come to mind are: Partners in Crime (The window scene with the Doctor and Donna is hilarious), The Lodger (The Doctor trying to act as a human is too amusing), The Runaway Bride (Pockets!) and Dinosaurs on a Spaceship (Brian's comment about his golf balls, and The Doctor acting the fool again).
