In terms of the older series:
Favourite actor: Tom Baker;
Favourite actress: Elisabeth Sladen (but I also like Louise Jameson and Katy Manning).

While I wasn't a big fan of her post series 1 character, I'd have to say my favorite actress was Billie Piper, despite her character's faults, Billie portrayed Rose well, none of my dislike toward Rose has to do with Billie's performance, or Billie herself, just the way her character was written in series 2
