is this for hard-core fans?

I believe that this is a spot for the extremely addicted, hard-core fans. Like myself. But, as with any other club, I'm sure that it is open to anyone...

Hi i started this fan club and even though it says for whovians, you dont have to be a 'hard-core' fan to join. Any doctor who fan can join.
