actually if you think about it sequels have been made therre just done as prequels tho but i agree with gaston still in the picture him being a beast would complicate things but at the same time it makes him different and tahts what belle wants she dosnt want to be ordinary wich is one of her best traits i would think

^ The Beauty and the Beast sequels are prequels. The Beast is still a beast, not a human. They're set as events that happened in between the original movie. They're still counted as sequels, but technically they're prequels and I think that's what the creator of this pick question meant. I think they mean "if the beast is a human"
