Hi guys, I had finally seen Zootopia just now and I am very happy that it won an Oscar for Best Animated Feature! So here is my review on the film.
The Story
My first impression on the story itself was so-so, because I thought it was going to like High School Musical in a non-musical version. But I like the story fast forward to Judy's training and she got promoted from being an ordinary police into a hero at the same time, maintaining her police status.
I will be covering on the characters later, but one thing I like about this film is about promoting Diversity. To which I will also be covering on that too later!
The Characters
The funny part is that Judy and Nick eerily reminds me of Anastasia (Anya) Romanov and Dmitri from the Don Bluth's 1997 Anastasia, mainly because both Nick and Dmitri are both Con Artists, they also help the main protagonists and get angry at themselves later in the film, only to reunite later.
I personally think that Nick is slightly better than Dmitri because he has more character development in this film, so is Judy.
Finally, Lionheart looks like Mufasa from The Lion King mainly because of their similar mannerisms and the way they talk is also very similar. In fact, he reminds me of George W Bush, but a friendly and mild version of Bush!
Moral Values
Like I promised, the film heavily promotes Diversity and it also deals with Racism shortly after Judy gave her first speech. But, I'm glad that it is all settle in the end!
Thank You Zooptopia
So there you have it, again I'm very happy that the film won an Oscar! So let's all call for a celebration right now. Not only that, my brother loves the film too that he watches it for 2nd time in a row.

The UK Bambi VHS Preview is freaky in my opinion. When i was little in the late 90's or early 2000's, the UK Bambi VHS Preview freaked me out. I never wanted to watch it again because it freaks me out and is the worst preview ever. John Sachs used to say, "One of Walt Disney's Greatest Classic comes to video this spring. This is Bambi!" "Bambi, he's growing up, falling in love and learning all about the world around them. And now he's coming home along with some of Disney's most well-loved characters. It's the unforgettable magic of Bambi. Get ready for the major video event. Walt Disney's Classic, Bambi! Don't miss it." That's what John Sachs used to say in the old days.
