10. Aurora

I haven't watched Sleeping Beauty in a very long time and I don't remember much about it so I have to put her at the bottom. Sorry Aurora!

9. Cinderella & Ariel

I usually avoid ties but I couldn't decide who I like better! I like Cinderella because she is patient, mature, and wise. She was abused for so many years and never turned cruel like most people would. As for Ariel, she is independent, proactive, and stands up for what she believes is right. I love both of them, I really do. It's just that I like the ones higher on the list better.

8. Merida

I love how she's so courageous and headstrong! Plus she's a lot like me: stubborn, rebellious, short-tempered, and doodles in class. I like how she speaks her mind, stands up for what's right, and doesn't care what anyone else thinks. She really is a great role model for young girls.

7. Tiana

Everyone gushes about how Merida is an amazing role model for little girls, and she is, but I think Tiana is a better role model. Why? Because she shows that you have to work your ass off if you want a happy ending. I think that's a more important lesson than what Merida teaches. Tiana's story reflects real life and that's why I love her.

6. Belle

Belle is sweet, intelligent, open-minded, compassionate, and understanding. She is able to look beyond one's physical appearance and see them for what's in their heart. She even taught Beast to do so! She is an inspiring character who has qualities that feminists should look at instead of complaining that her appearance will "ruin kids' childhoods".

5. Snow White

She's just too cute! Her story is similar to Cinderella's. Snow White was abused for many years and still stayed gentle and sweet. one day, she learned that her stepmother wanted to kill her. It really hurt her, but she stayed strong. She cried, but she didn't mope around. Instead she apologized to the forest animals for scaring them and made friends with them. She was always optimistic and always had a smile on her face. Again feminists, stop worrying about people's appearances all the time and look at what's on the inside. You want equality, don't you?

4. Rapunzel

She's resourceful, highly intelligent, and bad-ass. Mess with her, and she will hit you with a frying pan (which can actually kill you). Plus she's so innocent and childlike and adorable! She's also a very realistic character because she was being abused and she didn't even realize it. A lot of parents don't really care about their kids. They just care if either they win a lot of competitions or something. Rapunzel's amazing and I really love her.

3. Pocahontas

She's curious, adventurous, courageous, and open-minded. She is exceptionally wise for her age (18) and is never cruel or hurtful to anyone. She doesn't give a damn about what others think of her. All she wanted was to choose her own path, and she did. She is very inspiring and underrated.

2. Jasmine

Outspoken, free-spirited, rebellious, daring, and fierce. This woman is an amazing role model for young girls because she does what she wants, stands up for what's right, never tries to bring anybody down, won't let anyone bring her down, and doesn't care what anyone else thinks. Jasmine is a truly amazing characterand I love her ver much.

1. Mulan

She is easily relatable for anyone who is constantly told what they're supposed to be like and is shunned by everyone else because they're not exactly like that. Mulan teaches young girls not only to have a lot of courage, but to be mature. It's okay to cry over stressful problems, but sooner or later you have to do something about it or just deal with it until you can. Mulan is a fantastic role model for children and I wish more people would recognize that.

Note: What I said about feminists in this article doesn't apply to all feminists. I was talking about the feminists who blame Disney princesses for "ruining their childhood". If you were trying so hard to look like them then that's YOUR fault for getting the wrong message and YOUR PARENTS' fault for not teaching you that looks don't matter like they should have!
Okay, I'm just going to put it out there:

I HATE the recent disney movies.
Besides Enchanted and Finding Nemo (which is really pixar anyway), any disney movies that came out after Tarzan were just abismal to me. Disney Movies today have lost so much of their magic that it makes me want to scream. Like, what's this new Chiuaua disney movie that's coming out? WTF? what happened to the disney movies that made you cry, laugh, and made you all warm and fuzzy inside? What happened to movies like Beauty and the Beast, Little Mermaid, Lion King, Pocahontas, and even the older ones like Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Great Mouse Detective? Those were the days that Disney didn't just cater to the minds of six year olds. They made movies that everyone from the age of 1 to 101 could enjoy.

What do you think? Agree? Disagree?
When do you think Disney started going downhill?
This is my opinion on what's the WORST Disney Channel shows. Oh Disney, you use to have such great shows like That's So Raven, Hannah Montana, Kim Possible, etc. Unfortunately now you just show a lot of garbage, some of them even had potential and started off good but soon turned bad. They had awful jokes, terrible messages, annoying characters, and some even have actors/singers that aren't even talented. Later I'll make a list of the the best Disney Channel shows but I decided to do the worst because it's more fun.

Such a shame that such talented people wasted...

Yeah, after talking about the Jungle Book, this is the next logical step. It’s fairly obvious were the inspiration for the Tarzan book series came from. And to be honest: Between those two stories about a child which grew up in the jungle, Mowgli is definitely the better pick. If you ask me, the idea behind Tarzan is better than the stories themselves. An old idea in a crowd pleasing format, which is mostly notable due to its revolutionary marketing strategy. Tarzan is not just a book, it is a trademark (copyright is limited, trademark rights aren’t), and Burroughs did his very best to...

[after falling into the alligator pit]
Yzma: Why do we even *have* that lever?

Yzma: Are you talking to that squirrel?
Kronk: I was a junior chipmunk, uh, and I had to be versed in all the woodland creatures.
[to squirrel]
Kronk: Please continue.
[squirrel talks to Kronk]
Yzma: [walking away] Why me? Why me? Why me? Why...?
Kronk: Hey, it doesn't always have to be about you. This poor little guy's had it rough. Seems a talking llama gave him a hard time the other day.
[Yzma rushes over to them]
Yzma: Oh, a talking llama? Do tell.
[squirrel whispers to Kronk]
Kronk: Uh, he doesn't really wanna...

Hercules: You like making deals. Take me in Meg's place.
Hades: Hmm. The son of my hated rival trapped forever in a river of death.
Hercules: Going once...
Hades: Is there a downside to this?
Hercules: Going twice...
Hades: Okay, okay, okay, okay, okay. You get her out. She goes, you stay.
[Hercules dives in to save Megara]
Hades: Oh, there's just one thing. You'll be dead before you can get to her. That's not a problem, is it?

Hades: How sentimental. You know, I haven't been this choked up since I got a hunk of moussaka caught in my throat.

Panic: "Hercules." Why does that name ring a bell?...
