Hopper: It's a bug-eat-bug world out there, princess. One of those Circle of Life kind of things. Now let me tell you how things are supposed to work: The sun grows the food, the ants pick the food, the grasshoppers eat the food...
Molt: And the birds eat the grasshoppers. Hey, like the one that nearly ate you, you remember? You remem- Oh, you shoulda seen it, okay?
Hopper: Molt!
Molt: This blue jay has him half way down his throat, okay? And Hopper - Hopper's kicking and screaming, okay? And I'm scared, okay, I'm not going anywhere near, okay- Aw, come on! It's a great story.
[Hopper grabs Molt by the antennae]
Molt: Ow! Ow! Ow!

[Hopper is about to feed Dot to Thumper]
Flik: Leave her alone!
Hopper: [pause, Hopper walks towards Flik, still holding Dot] You want her?
[Holds out Dot]
Hopper: Go ahead, take her.
[Flik just stands where he is, terrified]
Hopper: No? Then get back in line!
[Flik slowly walks backwards back to where he was before]

Hopper: You piece of dirt! No, I'm wrong. You're lower than dirt. You're an ant!

Hopper: First rule of leadership: Everything is your fault.

Hopper: I swear, if I hadn't promised Mother on her deathbed that I wouldn't kill you, I would kill you!
Molt: And believe me, no one appreciates that more than I do.
Hopper: Shut up! I don't wanna hear another word out of you while we're on this island. Do you understand me?
Molt: [whimpers]
Hopper: I said do you understand me?
Molt: Well, how can I answer? You said I couldn't say another word!
[Hopper raises his fist to hit him]
Molt: Aah! Remember ma!

[Hopper has just drowned three dissenting grasshoppers in a pile of seeds]
Hopper: You let one ant stand up to us, then they all might stand up! Those puny little ants outnumber us a hundred to one and if they ever figure that out there goes our way of life! It's not about food, it's about keeping those ants in line. That's why we're going back! Does anybody else wanna stay?
[grasshoppers shocked - all the grasshoppers "rev up" their wings]
Molt: [motioning a fellow grasshopper] He's quite the motivational speaker, isn't he?
Hopper: Let's ride!

Hopper: Where do you get the gall to do this to me?
Flik: You were... you were gonna squish the queen.
[all the ants gasp]
Dot: It's true.
Hopper: I hate it when someone gives away the ending.

Hopper: Let this be a lesson to all you ants! Ideas are very dangerous things! You are mindless, soil-shoving losers, put on this Earth to serve us!
Flik: You're wrong, Hopper. Ants are not meant to serve grasshoppers. I've seen these ants do great things, and year after year they somehow manage to pick food for themselves *and* you. So-so who is the weaker species? Ants don't serve grasshoppers! It's *you* who need *us*! We're a lot stronger than you say we are... And you know it, don't you?

Hopper: Are you saying I'm stupid?
Princess Atta: [faintly] No
Hopper: Do I look stupid to you?

Hopper: You think it's over?
Flik: No, no, no! No I-I can explain!
Hopper: All your little stunt did was buy them time.
Flik: No, please! Please, Hopper!
Hopper: I'll get more grasshoppers and be back next season, but you won't.
[suddenly, a bird looms over them]
Hopper: Well, what's this? Another one of your little bird tricks?
Flik: Yep!
Hopper: Are there a bunch of little girls in this one, too? Hello, girls!
[the bird shrieks]
Hopper: Aaaugh!

Hopper: So, where is it? Where's my *food*?

Hopper: Not one ant sleeps until we get every scrap of food on this island!
Molt: Just do what he says. You don't wanna make him mad, believe me.
So I did the first part of the Fanpop's Favourite Couple countdown from 1928-1953. These are the first couples of WDAS, so they are not as complex and more simple than their successors. The countdown in the polls was to vote off their favourite couples, and each round would do that until we reached our least favourite. Here are the results of the countdown.

Placings 10-7 are from the package films from 1942-1949, so many people did my know them or watch their movies. There were not really any comments about these four couples, and most people said they did not know these couples. Poor package...

Young Simba: Hey, Uncle Scar, guess what?
Scar: I despise guessing games.
Young Simba: I'm gonna be King of Pride Rock.
Scar: Oh, goody.
Young Simba: My dad just showed me the whole kingdom. And I'm gonna rule it all. Heheh.
Scar: Yes. Well, forgive me for not leaping for joy. Bad back, you know.
[flops on his side]
Young Simba: Hey Uncle Scar, when I'm King, what'll that make you?
Scar: A monkey's uncle.
Young Simba: [laughs] You're so weird.
Scar: You have no idea.

Zazu: [singing] Nooooobody knows the trouble I've seen. / Nooooobody knows my sorrow.
Scar: Oh, Zazu, do lighten up. Sing something...

Ch. 8— Busted

Angel and Scamp awoke the next day to find it sunny and light. When Scamp woke up, he cheered, “Hee-hee-hee! They haven’t found us yet!”
“Good job, tenderfoot!” Angel giggled. “Now it’s time to find a family!”
Angel, at once, moved to a lamppost at the corner of the street, watching the cars and pedestrians pass by. She stared at each car and pedestrian that moved with puppy eyes. “Somebody will come to adopt me,” Angel stated insistently.
    “Can’t...

Animated Cruella De Vil (1961)
Animated Cruella De Vil (1961)
A while after Roger and Anita have married and settled down together, Perdita, Anita's dalmatian, hears the screech of Cruella's car outside, and runs to the kitchen to hide from 'that devil woman'. Looking out of the window, Roger sees that Cruella, whom he refers to as Anita's old schoolmate, is coming towards the house. As she approaches the front door, Roger sings less-than-flattering song about Cruella; Anita attempts to stop Roger for fear that Cruella might hear. Roger goes upstairs and uses various musical instruments to play the tune to the song when Cruella bursts in, demanding to...

Disney Villainesses Battle Tournament – Round 1

The Premise –
Sorcerer Jafar, in one last desperate attempt to escape the underworld and return to the mortal world, and following his failed attempt to murder Hercules and Aladdin in order to obtain his freedom (Hercules, “Arabian Night”), proposes to Hades, Lord of the Dead, that a game be played to determine his fate. If Hades wins, Jafar will remain in the Underworld for all eternity with no hope of escape. If Jafar wins, wouldn’t you know it, he will be free to “dance around the Cosmos and whoop it up.” Jaffie’s proposal?...

To celebrate the release of Tangled(which is out this Friday where im from Ireland) I’ve decided to do a list of films that I saw from Disney.

Enjoy!!

#1 Snow White: Ah yes the fairytale that started it all this one was so darn cute it was a bit overrated. The story as you all know is about a young princess who runs away from her evil stepmother and she befriends seven dwarves.

#2 Sleeping Beauty: Next up is this one. Quite frankly I didn’t enjoy this movie at all as it was boring and very mediocre. The princess was so dumb and stupid I actually didn’t care about her at all.

#3 Oliver &...

This is my favorite Disney Movies in specific categories like romance, adventure, comedy and more.

First we have the romance movie:
Beauty and the Beast
The romance in this movie is very real because it is slow and doesn´t happen at first sight and they start out as friends and it developes into love.

Then we have the buddy movie:
The Jungle Book
This movie shows the friendship between Mowgli and Baloo in a very good way and they really are the best of friends with makes it harder for Baloo to accept that Mowgli goes back to the man village.

next is the comedy:
Aladdin
This is the...

This is a continuation of my prior article. These are my top ten Disney films, and while some of these are popular choices, I know I selected a few unusual choices. I'm not trying to impose my views, I just want to continue to talk about my favorite classics. Well, here's my list.

#10- Bambi

Sob...that's all I could say of this beautiful movie. This movie in many ways is like an older version of The Lion King, and shares its sadness and its beautiful epic tale. The way this movie is animated is the thing that stands out to me about this movie, and the beauty in this movie makes Bambi among...
