Hey everyone! Well, I decided, since I haven't made an article in awhile, do a list of my top 5 Disney males. I had to think, but I've got the list together. So...sit back and enjoy reading! No mean comments please.

5. The Prince (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs)

I love this guy so much. Seriously. Even though we don't get to see him much, he left a lasting impression on me. I mean, right away. When he goes over the wall, and you see his smile, you know he's genuine. And when he pops up and sings into the well with her, it's hilarious. Especially Snow White's reaction. And when he starts singing to her...I just melt. "One Song" is seriously one of my favorite Disney songs ever. It's so romantic and lovely, and it's like he heard her and decided he would be her prince. Not only that, he actually looks for her. He searches far and wide looking for her, and when he finds her and kisses her and she wakes up, they look so freaking happy together. The way they smile at eachother...you can tell they love eachother. He's just great.

4. Milo Thatch (Atlantis: The Lost Empire)

Yeah, I have a thing for nerds. This guy just makes me smile, with his oddities and how he's so determined to find Atlantis. He actually studies, and because of his dedication, he can actually read Atlantean. And he's not in it so he can get money. He's really interested in the culture of Atlantis. When he finds Atlantis, he's so freaking excited, it makes me smile. He bows to the king when he gets to the throne room, and tries to help Kida figure out what the light in the middle of Atlantis meant. You can tell he genuinely cares for Kida, and he is SO angry when he figures out what is going on. He doesn't want the mercanaries taking the Crystal, as the Atlanteans would die without it, and when they take Kida, he does everything he can to take her back, and he leads the whole thing. He really proves himself as a hero, and gets Kida back to Atlantis. He then chooses to stay in Atlantis with Kida, instead of going to the surface and getting the glory he deserves, and to go "IN YOUR FACE!" to the people who didn't believe him. No. He's satisfied, he wants to stay with Kida. I just love him.

3. Shang (Mulan)

He's such a great guy, I mean seriously. He truly wants his soldiers the succeed, and he has to be hard on them. They're fighting a WAR in this movie. He can be funny too, despite people saying he is too serious. "Yao! Thank you for volunteering." He has true faith in his soldiers, and when he finds about his father's death, he just honors his father briefly and tells the soldiers to move out. When he finds out "Ping" is actually Mulan, he doesn't kill her, as law is required. He spares her, but tells the soldiers to move out once again. "A life for a life...my debt is repayed." There is not much else to say about Shang except that he's a wonderful guy, and isn't a selfish Captain, and puts his soldiers first.

2. The Beast (Beauty and the Beast)

Anyone that knows me well knows that I'm a HUGE Beauty and the Beast fan. I love all the characters. But my favorite male character in the movie is The Beast. I love how his character changes throughout the film, and he learns a lesson. He doesn't stay the same. Not only that, he's hilarious when he's a jerk, but we know that he's sort of ashamed of the way he looks and doesn't think Belle would ever love him. When he saves her life, something changes between the two, and it also changes The Beast's character. He starts becoming nicer after that, and even gives Belle her own library because he knows she loves books. His excitement to show her the library just gets a big grin on my face, and when they are out playing in the snow I always smile. But the biggest thing to me is when he lets Belle go. He could've kept her there, so he would have a chance to break the spell. But he let her go because he loves her, even though he thought he would stay a Beast forever. He's just great, but my number 1 favorite beats him.

And my favorite Disney male is...

1. Quasimodo (The Hunchback of Notre Dame)

YES. <3 Quasimodo. I love him SO much. My second favorite Disney character. He's just amazing. He's such a sweetie. When he helps the baby bird to fly, I seriously melt. I fell in love with his character right there, the very first time I saw the movie. When the citizens of Paris were torturing him, I cried. When Esmeralda kissed Phoebus and Quasimodo was heartbroken, I cried. My heart breaks for him, seriously. His song "Out There" is my favorite song in the movie, my favorite Disney male song, and one of my favorite Disney songs overall. I love that he is genuine and pure, and truly cares for Esmeralda. He helps her escape the cathedral and saves her from burning to death. And he really cuts loose towards the end of the film, showing his completely badass side. His main dream is to be part of the world outside and to be accepted for his personality, not for his looks. Plus, I don't think he's ugly. I think he's adorable. He continues to help Esmeralda and hides Phoebus even after she broke his heart, and decides to go warn Esmeralda instead of obeying Frollo. He ends up being the hero in the end, and walks into the light to be accepted. <3 <3 I just...love everything about him. He's amazing, and such an underrated Disney character.
