Easy... I thought Morgana was a bit weak actually. And I'm guessing that Marina del Ray is from the 3rd movie, which I haven't seen.

Plus, Ursula just rocks... she has one of my favorite villain songs :D

I have to say that I don't think there's much competition here. Morgana was weak and Marina was...well I didn't like much about the third movie. Ursula is the best hands down IMO.
