	asteriamalfoy picked Queen Latifah as Ursula: Also John Stamos. The rest were all awful even Amber Riley who I normally like but I could not hear her in the broadcast. I hope to God they never humiliate Ariel ever again by using Auli'i to play her. posted over a year ago.

	KataraLover picked Auli'i Cravalho as Ariel: All of them were amazing! I think the real standout performers were Auli'i Cravalho and Queen Latifah. They truly became the characters and put their own spin on the characters. Auli'i truly has an amazing voice and I hope she gets more roles in Hollywood, especially in musicals. Shaggy, despite the terrible costume, manage to really capture Sebastian. John Stamos was a choice I found to be odd. I mean, he's a great actor and can sing but I just keep thinking of him as Uncle Jessie from Full House. However, he really was a pleasant surprise. He absolutely became the character. Graham Phillips was great and charming as Eric. However, I feel compared to the other actors that he was the weakest. He was bland by comparison and his voice, while great, has a nasal and kind of sharp tone. Amber Riley seemed pointless in the musical instead of jsut having the sisters do the singing. Don't get me wrong, I love Amber Riley, she played the part very well and with a lot of energy, and she has the best voice out of the entire cast. posted over a year ago.
