I think some Princesses` popularity is thanks to a reason:

Rapunzel - The long hair princess
Elsa - The Snow power princess
Ariel - The mermaid one
Tiana - The black princess

It is not offesive!!!!

Agree with Mongoose09. Here in Spain very few people have seen her movie, and her merchandising is by far the least successful.

In Spain the most popular/beloved ones are Belle, Rapunzel and Ariel
