I think Aurora because she was already very regal, and she is right there with her parents and the three good fairies are still by her side.

She hated the country life and already acts pretty regal. I think being a princess and living in luxury probably came naturally to her.

It seems to me, despite the most princely appearance of all Princesses of Disney, Aurora is quite a simple girl who would much more enjoy walking in the forest accompanied by forest animals than sitting on the throne. While Belle, on the contrary, was not particularly interested in the simple joys of life and quite herself enjoyed life in the palace of the beast.
