One thing I've noticed about Ariel, is that she gets a lot of praise and detest for her hair. The big clump of red, flowing hair is absolutely beautiful to me; but everyone calls it unrealistic.

This is the point where I think CGI animation would really help out TLM. If she had been drawn/done in that animation, her hair color would of been more exaggerated. They would of taken time to add in different shades of red, and oranges. Her hair...

Well, according to my own preferences Mulan is the complete arrangement of relatable and admirable. She's always dutiful, she always tries to please her parents and her society. She often fails at it, but she tries her best. When she loses hope in pleasing her family, she figures she would rather sacrifice herself for her father then see him die doing what she's told. She even does such, to change her society. She takes a risk to have some value to her, which is achieving her own goals as well as helping the people she holds dear. She's clumsy, she messes up and makes bad decisions, but ultimately...

I have seen every disney princess movie known to exist (the sequels are an exception), and during all my time of watching I noticed a couple patterns.
For instance, a princess`s hair color most often tells what kind of person they are:

Brown- the artistic type, who often gets lost in books and has a number of hobbies.
·Belle
·Repunzel

Blonde- with Elsa and Repunzel as the only exceptions, these princesses are an icon of beauty and nothing else. Their only goal in life is to marry Prince charming and are the reason more feminist icons, like Merida from Brave need to be created.
·Cinderella
·Aurora...

Now that we know who Fanpop's Favorite Disney Princesses are at the moment, let's get into the movies, and Fanpop user's overall opinion on them.




12. Cinderella: 269 Points.
A classic, and usually considered the most iconic Disney Princess Movie. Well, it sure didn't do too well in this countdown, and a lot of the users placed it in their bottom three, or even last. Most people tend to find it boring, dull, not entertaining, uninteresting, didn't like it in general, or just placed it last because they loved the others more. The, "old-fashioned ness" of the movie doesn't help things for...

She is underrated! She is the best role model! She is beautiful, brave, selfless and fabulous! She cares about others and has a lot of faith, and never gives up!

She sacrificed her life and safety for her dad and her country! She's a hero, and she is sweet and humble!

Another selfless heroine! Sacrificed her life for love, not just romantic love, but love of another race! She shut down racism and broke the barrier between Native Americans and European Settlers!

Even though Pocahontas is in the lower half of my favorite DP list I still love her

I love that she cares for the nature and it's animals, I love that she teaches John Smith all the good things about nature

12. Mor'du (Brave): Not surprising that Mor'du was the first villain to go, since he has basically no personally. Some fans question if he is even truly a 'villain'. But one thing I think we can all agree on is that Brave needed a better antagonist.

I do like this movie, but it felt kind of unoriginal. It had elements that other movies had and didn't have a "wow that was great!" factor to it. The villain is my least favorite of all the Disney Princess villains, and one of the worst Disney villains as well. How could Mordu possibly be a main antagonist?
