Disney Princess Could you write an explanation on the Best and Worst Aspects of The Little Mermaid, and What Could Have Made it Better?

Best: Triton and Sebastian, their character development was very well done. The animation during the final battle and for Ariel's voice. The animation of Ariel's eyes. And Poor unfortunate Souls

Worst: That at no point Ariel really acknowledged that it was foolish to go to the sea witch. I also always felt that Eric falling for Vanessa because of a spell was kind of a cop out, it would have been more interesting if he at least initially had been distracted by her voice.

To make it better: Just some small tweaks...for example the moment when Ariel realizes that the whole thing was a trap for Triton, she shouldn't say "I didn't know" but "don't do it, it was my fault".

Best: The relationship between Ariel and Triton. It was very well done and very realistic. Also the romance. It was very realistic and they are a very good couple. And the songs, they're really great.
Worst: Side characters, Flounder and Scuttle are annoying. Also, the fact that Ariel's lesson isn't very well demonstrated.
What could have made the movie better: A more well-done lesson

Best: The Soundtrack (Score only) only for me and Max the dog sides that's everything else goes into....

The Worst: Everything else. How Ariel puts the two different worlds through hell just because she was a man and more forks and in the end she doesn't get punished she gets married and a rainbow!? Eric I don't like how everyone was is like "He's the prefect man I want to marry him!" But I don't like it how the movie means for guys: Only girls should change their selves for you, all you need to do is to save them in the end. The Songs there were a lot of pointless songs the movie like the one about killing crabs? Come on! My two year old cousin could write a better song for anyone else in that movie. Plus the villain she kind of was a bore...she only had one good scene (The scene of her death) and nothing else...

What could have made it better: No pointless crab killing songs, lesson that our children can learn from and almost every thing else.
