They're pretty different, so I don't think they'd always get along. Both think up things at the last moment, usually, but Pocahontas likes having fun and Mulan doesn't care about adventures. At first, Pocahontas doesn't care that much about doing what her dad wants (though she considers it), whereas Mulan desperately wants to honor and please her family. Pocahontas is more outgoing and Mulan is shy. Poca is pretty fearless and while Mulan is brave, she is easily intimidated. I don't think Mulan would really 'get' Pocahontas, as she's very indecisive and can be both very serious and very childish simultaneously (I don't mean immature in a bad way). Pocahontas would probably like a lot about Mulan but she might be reminded of Kokoum with her.
