They wouldn't relate to each other very much (Belle is loyal and Jasmine isn't; Belle is more flexible and Jasmine is much more adventurous; Belle is calm and rarely lets her emotions go wild, while jasmine has no problem exploding on people if she's upset). Belle would probably not like how Jasmine is with Aladdin (letting him lie to her a lot and being so quick to go to a stranger's house) and would think someone as strong willed as Jasmine shouldn't put up with it. Jasmine would be annoyed how Belle has way more freedom than she does and does nothing with it. While one is calm and the other more fiery, both would get along fairly well, I think. they could find stuff to do together and wouldn't bicker much, though they might disagree sometimes.
