Snow White and Rapunzel would love each other! Snow would feel sorry for Punz and relate to her oppressive mom, thinking Rapunzel deserves more love than that. Rapunzel would also relate to Snow for that, and feel bad about what Snow went through. They would find a lot to do together, in and out of doors. Snow White might think Rapunzel trusted the "ruffians" too easily (btw, I don't think she entirely trusted the hag herself), though, she'd understand why she is naive, given her own sheltered life. She'd try to look out for her like a sister. Rapunzel would find her funny. They'd admire each other's constant optimism and enjoy sharing their dreams with each other.
Overall they would find each other cute and charming and become good friends.
