they wouldn't dislike each other but not have a lot of common ground. Mulan is a bit intellectual and enjoys challenges, and Snow White enjoys more things she can do hands-on, and more traditionally feminine pastimes too. Mulan might admire that Snow is the perfect doll her culture wants women to be, but not relate to her that much. Snow, too, wouldn't relate a whole lot to Mulan. Snow White would feel sorry for Mulan but not like her actions, though she might like how badly Mulan wants to honor her dad. Their personalities are just very different: Mulan is (at first) insecure, shy, private, intuitive, easily intimidated; Snow White is confident, outgoing, bossy and doesn't let things get to her easily. Mulan might find her cute but not know how to talk to her, and vice verse, though Snow may be a good person for Mulan to rant to, being nurturing and understanding, and Mulan might want to protect her if there was trouble.

Overall, not enemies, but not close friends. they're just very different, almost opposites maybe.
