Snow would probably clash with Jasmine the most, even more than Mulan or Merida. They would get along on some things, like how feminine and romantic both are, but Snow White would find Jasmine too aggressive and disrespectful in how she speaks to people, like her dad, and think she could find a better way to. Jasmine would probably mind Snow less than Snow minds her, due to Jasmine liking how confident and outspoken she is and how she got along without her prince while hiding, but find her too old-fashioned and childish at times.
They react to things in entirely different ways so they wouldn't always get along, but Jasmine and Snow would probably be sweet and friendly to each other most of the time, but their attitude differences would make them clash sometimes.
